We use only the information needed to take, pay for and deliver your order and to operate the website.
Information we process
Your surname and first name, phone number, email if supplied, delivery city and location, order contents and price, selected baking date, comments and order-related messages. Customer accounts use registration details; website security uses technical request and login data. Do not include passwords, card details or medical information in order comments.
Purposes and grounds
We use the information to prepare and fulfil orders, contact you, arrange delivery, account for payments and refunds, prevent abuse and fulfil the seller’s legal duties. Processing is based on preparing and performing the contract and legal obligations; optional analytics requires separate consent. Placing an order does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Who has access
Authorised Lana’s Bakery staff and service providers have access as needed: Nova Poshta for delivery, Spaceship for website hosting, and Telegram for internal order notifications to responsible staff. Once card payments are enabled, LiqPay will process payment information under its own rules. We do not sell customer information.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses technical cookies and local storage for login, the basket and your settings. Google Analytics starts only after separate analytics consent. Order details are not sent to it. You can change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the footer on pages where it is available. Declining analytics does not prevent you from ordering.
Storage and your rights
We keep information no longer than necessary for its purpose, order fulfilment, handling requests and mandatory record keeping. You may ask what information we hold, access it, request correction, and where the law provides, request deletion or an end to processing. You may withdraw consent to optional processing. Mandatory accounting records cannot be removed before the statutory retention period expires.
Send requests to our email address. We may ask for the information necessary to verify that the request is yours. You may also complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or seek a remedy in court.
