Placing an order
Add products to the basket, check quantities and prices, choose an available baking date and enter delivery details. Before ordering, check the ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and shelf life. If anything is unclear, ask us before buying.
Submitting the form creates an order request. We confirm whether we can fulfil it, the date and the amount due. After the details are agreed, we provide the bank account details for full prepayment.
An agreed order remains subject to the terms accepted when it was placed. Later website changes do not change that order without your agreement. Mandatory customer rights under Ukrainian law remain unaffected.
